Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Standard Shipping (U.S.):

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen automatically based on your region)

Expedited Shipping (U.S.):

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Available at additional cost

International Shipping:

  • Currently not offered 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

We do our best to ensure fast delivery, but delays outside our control may occur, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High-volume seasons

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. For additional help, feel free to reach out to us.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Missing Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

  4. Contact us if still unresolved

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately, once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

7. Pre-Orders & Back-Ordered Items

If any items are marked as pre-order or back-order, estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately at our discretion.
